This policy explains what personal information OrbisEdg (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. OrbisEdg is located at 1‑7‑95, Anand Nilayam, 1st Floor, Kamala Nagar, Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Telangana 500062.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message.
• Direct contact: anything you choose to send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Technical data and visit statistics: like any website, our hosting provider’s server records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Our hosting control panel turns these server logs into visit counts (AWStats). This uses no cookies and no tracking scripts.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data such as passwords, financial information or health records through this website, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss, plan and deliver the work you ask us about. We collect it with your consent, which you give when you tick the consent box and send the form. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We use technical data only to run and protect the site and to see which pages are useful.

Services that handle your data

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• GoDaddy hosts this website, may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs, and provides the cookie-free visit statistics described above.
• Google Maps loads on our contact page only if you choose to show the map. Google may then set cookies under its own privacy policy.
• WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook handle anything you send us on those platforms, under their own policies.

How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and enquiries are kept in business email accounts that only the OrbisEdg team can access.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond and, if we work together, to deliver and support the project. When they are no longer needed, we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
• ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it;
• withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything done before you withdraw);
• raise a grievance with us, and, if you are not satisfied, with the Data Protection Board of India;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
